Is there one near you? Can't u afford membership? U can make back the memberdhip cost on discounts - cheap high quality gasoline $5 roast chickens etc
You can even get a refund on yr membetship any time within a year

If you're basically interested in Costco for buying an IPad you should know, though, that they only sell the non cellular versions... and speaking of that, i don't know why only Apple sells those without a built in gps, so you can't use location features or maps or directions.
