Currently the estimated release is around the end of July and I think you will be able to get them from AliExpress first with eBay sellers following soon after as always. The difference with this band to a lot of the other fakes seems to be mainly the time needed for manufacturing. Some sellers on AliExpress already claim to have them in stock and would be able to ship out within one business day. I can most certainly tell you that these sellers are talking BS. If you look closely they don't offer any expedited shipping methods so even if they claim to send it out in two days it would at least take 3-4 weeks to arrive and then it will most likely be widely available anyway at a much lower price.

For now prices for pre-sales have gone up to about 200 USD and I guess this a temporary response to initial shortages.

I can also say that there might be several factories producing 1:1 clones with a very bad quality. I saw several of those hitting Taobao in the last days selling for about 500 RMB (around 80 USD). While those models have the same shape as the real link bracelet the edges look very crude and you can immediately tell it was not done using precise machinery. So for now I would say wait until bands are shipping and make your buying decision after the initial hype has decreased. I am waiting for a supposed high quality sample myself and will happily share more details ASAP.

I bought a blue leather loop from this seller:

It's a U.S. seller based in New Mexico. I ordered mine on Thursday night and received it today.

The band is great! The look and feel is like my genuine black loop. The only difference is the length, as seen in the pics. That doesn't really matter to me. My wrists are big and it's a non-issue. Magnets are strong.

Wish I had seen this guy first. I ordered from the Utica NY Guy. Could of had the band a week earlier. Oh well. I did pay a few dollars less, but I would of loved it earlier. I ordered the same band as you did, the blue 42MM leather loop. I have the Apple Medium Black Leather Loop. Is your Black Leather Loop you are showing in the picture a large or medium?

Got one in red and blue and I think they look okay. I've never seen one in person so have nothing to compare it too. Magnets are strong.

You're welcome. Email the seller and ask for a better price (I bought two and got quicker shipping included). I don't think it's leather but it looks good to me and we don't have other options for a 38mm :). I think you willbe pleased with the look and feel of it.

Going to try and cancel my order with Utica person and order this instead. Don't feel like waiting 2 weeks

Whow I just saw it on AliExpress.

Are you involved in anyway? Or just posting it?

Edit: Saw the price à couple pages back. $130,- is a instant buy for me.

Do you know what the size will be? The original band is just a little to tight for me. One extra cain part would be great. Are they going to sell it do you think? (or can you fix me one, I will pay of course)

wow! The links replica is now over $200! do you guys know if they'll honor preorders at a lower price point ($130)? (Aliexpress) With so many ways for them to deny my order (giving false tracking, claiming lost, etc), do they usually honor the price?
