Non-Safari browsers running very slow in Monterey Beta 4

Safari running very quick on latest beta, M1 pro.

Chrome is the same, but Safari on latest Monterey beta is very slow. MBP 2016. Scrolling with the arrow key is now jumpy, Google Maps 3D is so much slower. It used to be perfectly smooth. What is going on?
