You dont have to be uber rich to have a black card. You only have to charge 250K a year to maintain it.

No, they don't. Some of them just happened to spend the minimum annual requirement that one year (maybe they bought a new house and were spending a bundle decorating, maybe they travel frequently for work, etc.) and got offered the card and don't mind paying the yearly fee. It's not that hard to obtain, assuming you don't mind spending the annual minimum that one time.

Not all Centurion members are stupid enough to spend the money on a private jet. There's nothing wrong with commercial air travel, and there's definitely a better way to spend thousands of dollars I could buy a lot of iPhones!
