Notification Bug Finally Fixed

There was an ongoing iOS bug where notifications would "just jump in/jump around" as Zollotech said it. Now it's fixed with beta 2 of 17.4

Now, I wish they would fix the difficulty that Siri has with reading notifications. She will start reading them and then just stop even in the middle of a sentence. Sometimes she starts back up again, but she doesn’t finish. I have her reading notifications while I get dressed, so I’ll know what’s going on because I have several news apps.

I'm glad they fixed it, and I'm probably about to be roasted alive for this... but why does the animation look strange? With the swipe upwards of a finger, I'd expect the first notification to follow the finger, and the others to gradually appear underneath. But the video above shows it sort of... spilling out?
