So, can a GTX 960 work in Mountain Lion 10.8.5? I just bought a Gigabyte 960 (4gb gaming edition) I was unable to make it work even with the latest web drivers. I heard that the "Maxwell" cards do not work in Mountain Lion, period! Is that true?

Thanks.

That is correct. Maxwell cards do not work in anything earlier than 10.10. You need at least 10.10 and the nvidia drivers in order for them to work.

Has anyone tried 2x 960s? Since it's only 160w and requires 1x 6-pin, we could run two couldn't we?
