O2 Data network down - again!!!

Was down in the midlands yesterday. You don't realise how much you use it until its gone.

was very poor service for me yesterday, working a bt better today but still not 100%

this wouldnt have been so bad but virgin media internet has been down since thursday round here! what are the chances..

I've just sent them an email. I'm going to persist until they either let me out of my contract or give me something for the trouble of this.
It's just utterly ridiculous that it goes down this often and they just expect us to continue paying for it.

Just to extend on that last post, I've been given a £10 credit on my next bill.

Next time it happens I will do the same. If enough of us do it they may realise that it would be cheaper to actually strengthen their network rather than paying out on loads of Goodwill gestures.
