Iām going to get back on HIIT and do the beginner videos to finish up the series in November. This month is kickboxing/Pilates and dancing.
I plan the month by creating Stacks for the month and weeks comprised of workouts with a main component (dance, Pilates or kickboxing) which rotates weekly, a strength or core training session and a yoga session on weekdays. Weekends I get on the rower and do a strength training session and a Mindful Cooldown. Here are two samples of Stacks I create:

And if you sit at a desk all day whether you work at home or in the office, the five minute Mindful Cooldown are great for moving meditations and stretching out to fill up extras in your activity rings and do not involve contact with the floor (especially we donāt bring yoga mats everywhere and public floors are always dirty) which is perfect to stretch out. You can even use Stacks to plan your workout routines around work and school activities.
