The TV Shows are updated automatically from my personal myepisodes.com rss feed via geektool. The queue (sabnzbd) is also updated instantly, and so is the weather in the bottom right corner.
The music widget in the bottom left corner is Bowtie.

Can You Share your geektool scripts for the plain text myepisode listings? I can't get it to look like that at all.

You can actually do it in a normal dock, add the folder to the dock then right-click it and under "View content as" select List
