Just bought a Mac Mini

I just bought a Mac Mini after my 2 year old PC bit the dust. So far the transition is going VERY smoothly and I've found apps for everything I could do before except for finding a good X-tube downloader.

Incidentally I got mine ON SALE!!! 5% off retail at Best Buy!!!

My old PowerPC G5 finally died and now I have to get a Mini on Sunday. I need it for work later in the week. I was planning on waiting till they got refreshed, but no such luck for me. What's Apple's policy if a refresh comes very soon? Also, I know folks complain about Core2Duo but shouldn't it be much better than my old PowerPC g5 with dual 1.8 ghz?

I think you can exchange for a newer one for free if it's within two weeks but I'm not sure.

Yes, the current mini will blow the socks off your G5, although the $699 model comes with a 5400 rpm drive which slows it a bit.
