Officer 0.0.1-2 showed up on Cydia today. I have a Tivo Roamio that streams, and I use xCon to prevent it from detecting my jailbreak. I'm wondering if anyone has tried Officer with Tivo and has any feedback. Looks like the dev is pretty active in the community. My tivo works on the old xCon 37b7, but the dev hasn't updated to get rid of the annoying update icon.

Can't wait for one of the tweaks to eventually allow Sky Go. Missing out on a very good app coz the miserable buggers at Sky don't allow jailbroken devices

+1

Can't understand why sky don't allow the app to run on jailbroken devices.

I know this thread is about Officer, but I can confirm that dtvrunner in the LEI Mobile beta repo (http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/) works for the latest directv app on iPhone, but not for iPad.

Officer Direct TV

I just installed the Officer tweek on my iphone 4s 16gb and it works fine with my latest DirectTV app. I couldn't get xCon to work so i tried this and everything works fine. For now.

Sorry to resurrect the dead, but as of IOS 8, Officer and xCon don't work for the TiVo app.

So no DTV patch for now? What about going into iFile and messing around with the plists? I tried doing that but found no "do not detect jailbreak" setting.

It's right next to the "don't charge for iTunes downloads" toggle. Lol

Which file are you referring to and where? There are quite a few plist files.

Are you that dense? Having a toggle that you could jailbreak then go in and toggle would make having jailbreak detection pointless to even have in the first place.

You think there's really a toggle where you can click it an download songs for free? I have a piece of land to sell you on a private beach in North Dakota.

Look for the file that says "Do not charge for app store purchases"
And edit it at the end of the plist line to display /#remove$itunes download /%cheap_sk8 4Life :D

LOL, never ceases to amaze me. Love when a newbie comes in and thinks jailbreaking will allow him to click a button and turn his iPhone 6 into an iPhone 7. LOL

LMAO:D
He almost bought it but you ruined it dude:D
He was really searching for that plist entry "don't charge for iTunes downloads" :D

Wow. Way to jump the gun and contribute ladies. When did I ever want songs for free?

A while back fiddling around with the plist entries allowed you to switch off jailbreak detection.

Unbelievable.

Really? So why are you asking where it is then?

And no, that's never been the case.
