mac mini - Yes. Some 64-bit. (and perhaps even a media center announced today - again both not yet shipping)
iPod - No :(
MacBook - No, beyond perhaps a speedbump.
MacBook Pro - Yes. New case and 64-bit. (but again not yet shipping)
MacPro - Yes and shipping today.

Displays - Yes. Definitely.

Then Steve's gonna do a dance while juggling copies of Leopard, catch a flaming baton in his mouth and the entire Mac OS X Development Team will synchronize swim in an Olympic size pool and form a perfect Apple logo *just* below the surface of the water while a flock of rare turquoise doves is released above the attendees, dropping lollipops and diamonds on the crowd below, followed by the whole Apple gang jumping into a tour bus to kick off the "Apple Rocks '06" tour, personally showcasing the company's completely revamped line of prodcuts in big cities across the US (co-sponsored by Snapple™ and Doritos™).
