Bollocks. Talk about a smear. 270,000 get sold in 30 hours not counting stores being closed overnight and people sleeping in dreamland and AT&T manage to activate about 55% of them in that same period. Seriously - get a grip. Those who bought close to the end of Q2 can't be expected to get an AT&T activation until Q3 anyway. Why do people want to badmouth a good product that's selling sensationally? In no time flat the iPhone will have more users than that Microsoft operating system - whatever it's name is, came out in January or something? Was delayed for five years? You know which one.
The only reason it's "not good" is because everyone had bought into the ridiculous hype on the numbers sold. Now that ATT has spilled the beans, maybe Apple will be forthcoming with numbers on their earning conference call tomorrow.
