Organizing your iPad homescreen vs iPhone homescreen

My latest homescreens. Took some inspiration from here and went for different setups in iPad and iPhone.

My iPhone and iPad have almost identical app layouts, I like to imagine my iOS devices like the same devices just with different sized canvases.

So all the same apps are organized in sequential order (left to right on the home screen), iPhone-only or iPad-only apps are at the end of the list.
