You know I love all the things that OWC does and I ordered this product and I had to return it because the cables just don't stay in the device for whatever reason they chose not to use a locking connection but they will sell you an additional piece of plastic to shove in there to hold the cable and now all Mac products don't have that problem so I'm confused by why they require you to buy a separate product to make sure the cable stay put I don't like that I think that's cheap out somehow but don't get me wrong I have a lot of OWC products this one for some reason has never worked right for me and again I had to return it because the cables would not stay connected to the box they would pop out because there was no locking mechanism as in things like a MacBook or a Mac studio.

My Dell WD19TB dock has a fan that spins up occasionally and it drives me nuts
