love the purple.
your photos always make me so happy. you have a gift.I like this view alot. It is from the hill in Queens Park. An area of parkland in the southside suburbs of Glasgow. This particular angle was taken for the afternoon light in the Spire of the church framed by the tree branches each side.
I also liked this image of the Calatrava Column in Madrid where the column is bookended by Torres Inclinadas buildings.
Oh, I love the two views of one subject! Definitely go back when the blossoms are open!View attachment 2180909

2 for your consideration . Both of the Cathedral in Newark , N.J. . I'd hoped to get the top spire with the blossoms on the trees open , but I'm a bit early . Maybe next week .
i would say even in the original image he is framed by the seat. 🙂Ben coming home from the beauty parlor today, framed by my iPad Pro.😊
Sorry! Been busy this week. My parents are moving back to FL this Friday after living with us for 2 1/2 years. Going to miss them soooo much.

yes of course even your black and white ones, you big dummy.Even the Black and White ones?
You are way too kind. Thank you, I needed this today - crap day at work.
Nice! This one is quite interesting to me as I feel an almost suffocating effect when I look at it. The layers and the density of metal on metal on metal. Nicely done.
Yes, I think it is framing. The bridge is framed by the buildings and the Empire State is framed within the bridge structure.
First of all, I’m breaking the rule here a bit, since this picture is not taken within the stated timeframe.
But, I wanted to understand if this picture would be categorised as the “framing” concept we’re talking about here.
Lastly I’m sorry for not following the thread rules, I just want to learn from the talented photographers here.

I remember going to this location and being bewildered at the number of people there.
I’ll match your rule-breaking post with another, this taken wayback in October 2008 with an iPhone of unknown number

Yes, you've definitely framed the ESB through the bridge stanchions, and the bridge itself is framed by the buildings. Also, the people are framed by the cars/street, etc. Lots of framing here!
