I'd actually categorize this one as framing - the trees in the foreground create an archway leading your eye into the fountain, which is also framed in its own hard edged pond, and the the trees blooming in the background are framed by the foreground trees and the hardscape.

I suppose it might qualify as fill the frame since it's kind of "busy" (not a bad thing in this instance, just a descriptor), but I see oodles of framing first. 🙂
