Haha. Lol. Was just reading the the reddit thread and low and behold. Sweetness cometh. Woot. Here's to hoping it works well with little bugs.

----------

I have not read yet if this fixes the issue with touch-ID and password lock.

I hope the passcode requirement goes away now that it's no longer a bug.

Doesnt work

what are you talking about? thats just a screen shot of you in the process of jailbreaking, it works fine

I disabled my passcode and icloud and it installed fine. Made sure to update everything after and reenabled icloud and passcode and everything is looking good so far :) I was surprised to see that option to install cydia lol.

So? just disable it for the install....

Works fine afterwards

It was disabled. Restarted after disabling.

The "progress text" changes to the red color and it seems to be hanging. How long should it be on that screen for?

SO DO YOU STILL JAILBREAK WITH PANGU 1.01? AND THEN INSTALL CYDIA? IM NOT SEEING A NEWER VERSION OF THE JAILBREAK TOOL...

Sorry for the caps...didnt realize that until I looked up from my keyboard...lol

Jailbreak with 1.0.1 (1.1.0 tool not out yet), then update with the pangu app on the homescreen or through Cydia.

I had this. Got to disable "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes with your phone connected. Then run it again and it will be fine.

I also took the lazy way and installed Cydia via the Pangu app. Works fine. After doing this the Pangu 0.2 update also appeared for me in the Pangu app (perhaps the respring triggered it)..

The notes on my experiences of installing Cydia this way:

1) It did not show any packages via search initially.. i had to go into changes and hit refresh, then it worked.
2) Substrate isn't installed by default. Got to do that yourself after step 1.

So no issues with touch ID AND/OR PASSCODE ON THE LOCKSCREEN? Have you tried to reboot the phone after the jailbreak completed?

I've jailbroken all my iPhone's. Should I be worried jail breaking from Pingu with apple pay and Touch ID? Or is it safe as before.

Can anyone who now has updated to the latest Cydia confirm that Apple Pay still works while jailbroken?
