Windows Update works fine, but as far as I can tell it does not update the entire build when MS makes one available on the preview site.

Do you have any particular reason for using the Insider builds?
You could just use the stable, release builds.

I need to activate Windows, in offical MS Store 280$. In other stores its 129$ but the x86 version.

Can I buy x86 version and activate the ARM?

I’ve used OEM keys for years and have never had an issue. They aren’t sold for $1. They are usually around $25.

The moderator was right to remove the link, as no one should buy OEM licenses online, but it proved that you were scammed to pay $25.
Regardless of the price they are sold for, OEM licenses are tied to the hardware they were issued for and are not to be resold.

A key bought online without proper documentation is as good as a pirated Windows.
