VM with Mavericks updated/upgraded to Yosemite won't boot

Actually, it won't. <sigh>


Anybody found a fix? Parallels just wants to sell me ver.10. I upgraded Parallels on two systems in order to update to Mavericks. Big mistake. Won't pay again.
