Pc 7950 or mac 7950?

For info. A non flashed HD7950 should work OOTB. And will shows the following in system profile.

HD7xxx without exact Ident.

Again, HD7xxx in the Graphic/Displays section. (I have dual 7950, that's why it's shows 2 at there). If it only shows "display" but not 7xxx, may be the card is faulty (or driver not correctly loaded for some reason). It's nothing to do with EFI or not.

Error when reading from the PCIe section. This page may not work if the card is not properly flashed

I have installed a PC 7950 in my Mac Pro 1,1 with Mavericks.
It works great on the Mac side of things, but when I boot into bootcamp nothing but a black screen.

I bought it off of ebay already flashed. I get a bootscreen and all.

I've tried installing drivers in windows using my old card and then switching cards, but that didn't help.

Any suggestions on what to try next?
