PC World - laughable buying experience

I had a reasonable pc world iPad experience. I insisted on checking for dead pixels - the gormless sales rep had no idea what that meant. But his boss did, and was v helpful.

The apple store wait for the 3G 32gb iPad was 2 weeks. I couldn't wait that long! PC World were fine.
