People with Intel Macs on Big Sur -- How's it running?

Honestly do as you think best but Monterey runs better than Big Sur on my 2015 iMac so your 2020 model should do very well on it.

Just upgraded to Big Sur from Catalina on my 2020 iMac i9 this weekend. It is so much snappier! Photos app in particular is so much faster with importing and facial recognition.

If you are brave you can immediately go for Montery as well, since that's also available right now. No clue how that works however. ;-)

I’m not THAT brave! lol read too many threads already that makes me very happy to stay on Big Sur for quite awhile.
