Ive been having mine for approximately 2 months, i would've gotten the leather one but they didn't sell it for the 38mm at the time, mine is doing its job of eating my hair excellently, causing me pain ( too late to return though). but i wear it i keep it towards my fingers so my hair doesn't get stuck on it anymore. Tell me what you like, hate about it.

I find the milanese loop to probably be the best-looking band apple is currently offering (personal opinion), so in that regard I find it to be absolutely awesome. Another thing I like is how it is infinitely adjustable.
I do not have a lot of problems with hair pulling, only very rarely will they get stuck in between the magnet bit and the band itself when putting on the watch, but it's not a huge common issue and is easily resolved.

I just bought one a couple days ago and I LOooooovee it. It's so flashy and look very classy. The metal goes well with the SS!!

I really like mine, but I do find it will sometimes rub. I have 2 bands, the ML and a blue sport band that came with the watch (I have the sport watch). The sport watch "buckle" - if you want to call it that - happens to press on a nerve or tendon, so it becomes uncomfortable after a couple of week continuous wearing. I switch between the 2 when one starts to bother me. I love both bands, so that doesn't bother me in the least. Between the 2 I can wear a watch again, I had otherwise more or less given up on them.

Didn't love my first one as the magnet slipped. Loved the replacement and the free sports band Apple threw in for my trouble.

I love mine. It was the first band I bought after the sports band that came with my 38mm. I found it to be much less hot than the sports band since it seems to breathe better. Its also nice that it doesn't have a large buckle mechanism on the inside of your wrist to catch of stuff. Only thing I don't like is the infinite adjustments, ironically. I am used to buckle watch bands where you choose your buckle hole and it is always the same. It seems like I have to mess with this band every day shortly after putting it on because I got it too tight or too loose.

I love mine

However for the gym I always use the black sports band as it feels weird when sweaty. However for going work and going out during the day it is eye catching for sure.

Love the look of it with the stainless steel...so pleased i paid the extra to buy the SS

I do love how easy it is to put on..while the sports band can be a real pain to put on.

I returned mine a week after I got it for the same reasons you mentioned and got a sport band instead.

I bought the SS watch with the Milanese Loop at launch. Since then I have bought 4 sports bands - white / dark blue / lavender and aqua. I prefer the sports bands to the ML except for more dressy occasions. The sports bands are super comfortable and, as I have small wrists, I find the tightest hole perfect. I have a job to get the ML at the right tightness, it always seems too loose or too tight but I do like the look of it.

I ordered one for the Mrs yesterday and it will arrive this Friday, so hopefully I can get some feedback once she tries it out.

I showed her all the straps and the Milanese Loop caught her eye the most.

Love it.

Looks luxurious and is build really well. The only thing is, is that is not really well suited for exercise, the magnet slips loose quite fast.

I also think that out of all the band priced around 170 euros, the Milanese Loop is worth it the most. It is a great alternative to the link bracelet if you want a metal band, but don't want to spend 500 euros on the link bracelet (like myself)

I really like mine, it is even nice to wear on a hot day. Don't try and use it for exercise though it just doesn't work. I got a Blue SB for that.

Love mine. Apple's R&D behind this one is amazing. Feels very nice, and doesn't pinch arm hair at all. But like Fania said, it loosens up a bit during the day and needs to be re-tightened.

It's way to dainty for a look that I prefer. It looks more like a women's bracelet or accessory than a watch band.

Just my opinion as I know its a very popular band.

38mm SS w/Milanese is what I bought, and I love the Milanese band. Yes, it does "slip" throughout the day, which can be annoying, but the ease of adjusting makes it well worth it. I have small wrists also and like that it fits comfortably.
I have a Product Red Sport band for the gym, and I love the way that looks, but I'm slightly in between holes so it's just a little less comfortable than the Milanese. (I still prefer it for the gym, though.)

I got a 3rd party Milanese loop replica and love it. From what I can tell the replica is very high quality (have had it over a month now and wear it everyday during work). Have a few colleagues who bought the Apple OEM one and they can't tell the difference even on close look.

I like the look of the Milanese loop. I think it's still unique enough to stand out and it is very comfortable. I have to make small adjustments here-and-there during the day but that's not even a minor inconvenience.

I like mine but my clasp is hideously scratched now. If only the clasp wasn't a brushed stainless steel so I could polish it. :(
