Well, it may not be a problem just yet. I think that if it is really running at 62C with just Dashboard, then the CPU is generating too much heat, or the vents are being blocked somehow. I can't imagine that machine after a program like iMovie or something:eek:

1.Quicksilver by BlackTree (a must)
2.Growl
3.iAlertu (nvm the 9.95, its free, well donationware)
4.adium (in replacement of msn/aim/yahoo)
5.VLC and FLip4mac (for videos)
6.Neo Office (like office but better, free, and NOT BY MICROSOFT)
7.WIDGETS!!!! tons of them.

if its not necessairy dont download it. But for those who needs compatibility with other windows user student for projects let say... Neo Office is the *only* free solution. Plus its super well written app.

But for iAlertU, you need it. its a great app if you are in a office with your mac. let say you have to go get something at the printer so set the alarm of iAlertU and you have peace of mind
