I like how George Bush (x2), Steve Jobs (x2), Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, and Nancy (x2), herself, have all signed your petition.

I am curious, have you spoken to anyone at Apple? You should find out who her immediate boss is (are their district managers?) and maybe speak to them.

If you don't mind my asking and are willing to share, what item were you trying to return? I wonder if many managers give people a hard time about certain items.

I have always had good experiences at the Apple stores, but I have never bought anything there ;) I have only bought from apple.com

Good luck!

To the original poster.....grow up

After you do that, get a job in retail. Maybe you'll learn about how companies have policies and there are some that managers simply just cannot override.

Okay guys, lets rid Nancy of her position. All hands on deck. Sign away. :)

Why would someone sign your petition when you have not provided any facts for them to evaluate. All I saw was a rant which means nothing if you are asking for my support.

BTW, online petitions are generally a waste of time. If you really feel strongly about this, then complain to her manager. Everybody has a boss.

You have a point. Some have no idea as to what is "fair" when it comes to addressing their retail issues. :(
