Perhaps you could think to share it - if you haven't already done so, - er, elsewhere?

Anyway, I love it.

Thanks again! :) It's a photo I shot last year shortly after I'd purchased and started using the 100-400mm lens....... This Photo Association Game thread here is great for resurrecting and rediscovering older images which may or may not have been shared in the POTD thread here at the time and in general I tend to try and shoot something new and fresh to submit to the POTD here and various other places -- keeps me using the photo gear, y'know?

This thread and the competition threads are useful for going back and looking at older images and bringing them back to life if they haven't been shared in a while or ever.......

Absolute luck getting a male and female in the same frame. I set and wait forever it seems.

Such a great capture !
I had no idea I was so lucky. The photo is from about 3 years ago when I went to Orlando for a conference, which is probably the farthest from home I’ve ever been (19 hours flying time.) I only got a couple of hours to walk around the local area and test my brand new G9. I was lucky the grounds of the conference centre had a lot of interesting subjects including flowers, squirrels (which I had never seen before), and lots of birdlife. That was a great trip! Hope we get to travel again soon.

I’ve been reflecting on the my past business travel. I’ve been very fortunate to have visited many places around the world through that means.

Also wondering whether I’ll visit (m)any more when we reach post-COVID times & I’ll be paying for myself … and have signed up to minimise effect upon global warming…

Glad that, amongst other sights, I saw that huge kangaroo in the wild in Oz and the delights of South Island NZ - both on the other side of the planet from Auld Reekie.
