On your way into Seattle? Looks familiar, I have flown in and out of there many times.
Getting the 'America' replica ready for it's first water trial. Plane is replica built by the Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport, NY at the southern tip of Keuka Lake. Engines are original 1915 V-8s. Rebuilt engine weren't ready in time for this launch. Plane took off and landed following year. Learn more at https://curtissmuseum.org, many other planes and motorcycles in their collection. Wright Bros always get all the publicity, but Glen Curtiss did far more for the advancement of aviation and plane design, while the Wight Bros argued over patents.

That particular plane the PBY Catalina is too large for carrier landing / launch. Shore based only as far as I’ve read.

F14s take off from carriers, or at least they used to.
F4 Corsair, carrier based. One grandfather of the F14 Tomcat.

Sitting there, minding my own business, noticed a rabbit meandering on the patio. Then, something bigger... And I open the door, just in time to see this guy (girl?) dragging a bag of potting soil off the side of the patio. He/she/it dropped it and headed for the woods. Was it trying to accessorize? Redecorate? No clue...
Sorry it's a little washed out. Stealing a bag of potting soil? They are getting desperate...
