Scully would shake her paws at you, but she is a cat and can't be bothered to exert herself that much. But she admires Chewbacca's energy.

The wife had a cat when I met her, and he was really quite a character. If you called him, he came running. When I blew on him, he would shake his paw. I usually interacted with him on a bed, chair, or couch, and would put my hand on his side, and flop him down and rub his back and belly. She walked up to her bed one day, and he was standing there, and then flung himself on his side and started purring like mad. He LOVED IT!

I miss him. He was misdiagnosed by an idiot vet, and didn't get treatment for hyperthyroidism early enough. He would occasionally have surges and lose weight and get so spacy, he would walk around leaning on things. One particular bad spell, I was able to get him back feeding him those small shrimps that you put in 'salads' made like potato salad. He ate most of the can, and had enough to get his strength back. But one morning, he cam down the hall, leaning heavily on the wall. He couldn't stand up at all, and I grabbed a can of the shrimps, and tried to feed them to him, and he wasn't eating. I was devastated. He came to find me, and tell me he was done. I could barely see through the tears as I drove him to the local vet, which was just down the road. She looked at him, and was shocked. She had seen him less than a week before, and he looked 'skinny' but not like this. The hormones were racing through his body like a 10-alarm fire she said. I was in shock. He was so weak. I held him while she gave him the shot, and I think he was gone in a split second. I hugged him close, and all the air rushed out of his lungs and startled me. There was no attempt at inhalation. I was so shocked. It still makes me cry, even now, after over 30 years. I wanted to sue that jackass vet. Hell, the vet we took him to when he didn't improve knew exactly what his problem was when we came in the door!!! I wish I could clone him. I was told I could, actually. I saved his baby teeth, and a few whiskers. Maybe some day... I buried him with a can of CD, and the rest of his Tapazol. Miss him... He was such a character...
