so it goes...

Sure, I did!

I just love the Command+Shift+4 tool. It's so simple. You take the screenshot, drag to the answer field and it's gone.

All of this images that I have been posting are exactly this. A screenshot from Capture One's Screen.

Thank you for explaining this! That seems to be a different way of approaching posting images on here.....usually people post .jpegs directly from their folders of processed images. Often when we see that someone has posted a screen shot it is because they have not actually shot the image themselves and have simply snagged a screen shot from somewhere on the web.....and that is what prompted my question. So now I've learned something new today about another way of sharing images! :)

It's interesting that point. I don't upload the files from my computer because I don't keep jpgs versions. Only TIFFs that were send to printing, framing or an ad agency. And each version has his own properties, like color profiles for instance.

And I really love that shortcut. After you have dragged it from the corner to the post window it vanish away. You don't even have to delete the file. It's so clever!

I'm sorry for the file name that goes with the snapshot.

I had my Christening on the HMS Belfast (lower right of your photo). My dad served on her sistership back in his early RN days.

Interesting. So the Belfast has been docked there for some time or did your christening take place on the high seas?
