And what is for desert? The next town along the rail line has the Cailler chocolate factory with tours and free samples.

We had the raclette, winter time, followed by a fantastic creme brûlée in a near town by the lake, Annecy . But the chocolate sounds really good too! Nice times

The marble Globe is very heavy but it can be easily rotated at your pleasure thanks to the water jets underneath. Made in Germany and donated to West Vancouver years ago.
