Raclette over potatoes...with beer of course. Ironically, this was in the town of Gruyere, but the cheese in keeping with the traditional meal, was Raclette.

On the road from Goomalling to Dowerin, we came across this 10m sign. From what I can gather, it was erected by Paul Croute and his friend around 2017.
