Mushroom or fungus in the wild is extremely rare in California, we prefer the edible kind eg in a mushroom/sausage/cheese omelette
This also has potatoes .. and a fork 
Mashed potatoes. My wife is going to make vegan Shepherd's Pie for dinner tonight, can't wait. Nice reward after a long run (I want to get 10-11 miles so I can meet my monthly personal exercise challenge and a long run will do it for me).
Is that Bangers and Mash?
Could be, but it's a German speciality in a tavern/restaurant in Washington DC.
