I had a cat that liked to drink out of the kitchen faucet occasionally. Really... She would sit there and watch us walk past, and then suddenly meow rather loudly, and get our attention. About every week or so, she got the itch to DEMAND to be satiated. She also used to play in the toilet. (It was flushed, honest) She would just dip her paws in the water and watch the rings in the water, I guess... The pre-wife said she was 'playing boats'. Pretty much...

Doesn't look like food. Looks like 'veggicide': The willful dismemberment of vegetables.

Funny (maybe) story: I had two dogs that were always competing over what we dropped while making dinner. Once, I dropped a black olive. OMG!!! The mind games that played out... The first dog tongued it, and spit it out, so the second came in and tried to score the olive, but the first one was never going to allow that to happen. She chewed it into pieces, and still spit it out, and guarded that mess until the other dog gave up, and then she walked away to let us clean up the mess.:rolleyes:

Who says dogs can't act like humans. We still laugh at that. She was determined to make that as unappetizing as she could, and continue to stop the other from getting it. So crazy, funny, silly... Human?
