Related to yesterday's photo of osprey in nest and iPhone was only camera available. Male returned without food and sat on nearby pole, unphased by diesel commuter train passing nearby and sounding horn at intersection. Can tell they have adapted to an urban environment.
On a side note, still there when returned from shopping. Next intersection down is the train station (one of the few still located downtown and stopping/loading on main track). As I was walking back, traffic stopped as intersection blocked by southbound Amtrack train (Miami/NY line) stopping at the station. They couldn't catch a break as it pulls away, along comes the northbound Amtrack stopping at the station.
