I love this... there's so much going on...the texture of the clouds v the tree branches, the grass and the twisted tree trunk, and the rocks in the foreground ... very well done!
Thank you for your feedback!

Of course in perspective I can miss having my Nikon system camera with me, but I didn’t, only my iPhone.

I think everyone in this thread has heard this before but the best camera is the one you have with you🙂

I really like the subject... If you are able to go back to it I would put the camera in portrait size and have more of the bicycles in it but not the trash bin or the cars on the left. It would be awesome if you can have people moving towards you instead of away and someone in the door opening would be amazing luck. 👍
We were moving too fast for me to take multiple orientations, but I do have an alternate image from much further back in the street. Hazards of shooting during a family outing. 😉

No worries, I was just think that if this is close to where you live you could really try to get the perfect shot.... I just really like the bikeshop's look in that old building, it has something appealing

This wishing reassurance of sufficient stock in the cupboard given confirmation yesterday of 10.1% hike in tax on whisky in UK, now taxed at an average of 75% per bottle!

Yes, iPhone 6 again, in 2016, so probably I should do another stocktake - I know the Springbank & Longrow are gone .. Truth is that I used to either buy Duty Free when traveling abroad or some specials here in Scotland. The 21yr old Knockando, not yet opened, was part of a gift from my colleagues for a significant birthday.
