Don't know why, but I really like the light over the door on this house as it gives a cool effect to it.

.. thanks ... but I do not find such bargains at a Safeway here very often, but this was one not to pass up.
When it comes to cooking -- not a subject for this thread -- I'll just say, I have a very large, stovetop 'steamer' that comes into play.

This is a Housing Authority project on Cayuse St. in Walla Walla, Washington. On the opposite corner is a cool old schoolhouse that the HA converted into about 25 unique apartments for people over 55. I was sent by the company I worked for to take photos of this project.
Nice night shot with the venerable 30D. I have the 40D, 70D, and 90D.
Neat! The Beebe Bathysphere - hard to imagine going down in that. I can appreciate what it was like - I worked as a commercial diver back in the 70's.
