Are you putting them together for a drink of some sort? Or just from the same distiller?
The syrup I received as a gift and liked the rye flavor so I bought the whiskey.
Good pair to use during the holidays.
i think you need to try a cocktail of them together then report back. 🙃

I tried a couple of ways today and ….
On the rocks …. Decent however I prefer a single malt scotch (highland)
With Ginger ale …. Not bad
…. Added a bit of the Runamock WP maple syrup - too sweet
With Bawls …. Not bad at all. I do Suntory the same way.
With Tonic …. not a fan
Will have to get some Vermouth (maybe) ….
For now either on the rocks or mixed with Bawls.
