Me too, the last photos I uploaded haven't shown the EXIFYes... it's all in the file info dialogue.
So leaving them in the pits I bought them in was my mistake!
I meant to repot them but got busy with other things.
Funny I do have a third that came in a small pot that's doing much better.
Regarding watering, up in the Midlands (until the last week or so), nature takes care of that most days!
Thanks for the tips.
Remember I was in a butterfly farm. I had 100's to shoot. I have a 105mm macro lens and flash set, and plenty of mine are poor.I hesitated to upload this, because AFB's butterflies are so much better, but I'm experimenting with the kit lenses again.
I definitely couldn't get close enough with a prime as these little buggers are quite skittish...

Well, hopefully I can do better with a little more persistence and remembering to use the right aperture next timeRemember I was in a butterfly farm. I had 100's to shoot. I have a 105mm macro lens and flash set, and plenty of mine are poor.
Seeing as the butterflies seem to be making a comeback, here's another from the zoo day a while back....

I definitely agree with editing out that brown spot on the leaf. Other than that, it looks really nice and the colors on the butterfly are beautiful!Very nice composition but could you maybe clone out that beige spot? stop it distracting? just a thought

Certainly not having a go! Butterflies just make for such a lovely subject, especially in summer. Are you lot havin' a go at me, or just trying to encourage me with your superb butterflies?
Cheers

LOL. "Bread" from caterpillars. Did they "knead" you to care for them? (Sorry, it was just way too easy )
