A photo from May when the municipal authorities closed the dam on the Rhone to do some dredging of silt, an operation done every several years or so. Dam is open now (with the huge amount of rain we have had late spring and early summer good thing).

I used to love to watch my Dalmatian's expressions on her face when she was lying down. Her eyes would move left to right and her eye brows would go up and down, but her head would never move.
