how's everyone holding up?
My better half along with 2 Labs, and 2 cats are doing ok here in Savannah, GA. So far there isn't an actual lock down, everyone is encouraged to stay home if you can. I'm still working as I'm one of those "essential" guys. 2 weeks ago when everything kind of hit the fan I went to the grocery store and it looked like it does during hurricane season. Absolutely no TP, no paper towels, no bottled water (still lots of spirits though) and no meat. Never seen it like that. We were down to 2 rolls of tp. A bit later the supply chain caught up and today the grocery store seems pretty close to normal. Other than doing the grocery shopping or taking the dogs for a walk we're pretty much staying in. Most of the restaurants are only doing drive thru or take out and the mall parking lots seem empty. Yes, we do have some covid cases in our county, in fact a Gulfstream employee was just diagnosed with the virus. So it's here. I'm a bit more concerned about my kids. One daughter is in Brooklyn so she's at the epicenter here in the States. She's been working from home for the past couple of weeks. I'm really concerned about my other daughter who is working at Emory Hospital in Atlanta. She's working on a Covid ward and from talking to her yesterday things are rough. She's a professional and she's tough AND she's working tirelessly to help those in need. All of us are in debt to her and all her colleagues. Fingers crossed, maintain your distance. Hope everyone else is hanging in there. Cheers

All good here thanks. Just (like most people) stuck in the house 24/7. Apart from work I’m not really noticing the difference!

How are things with you?
Always fancied trying this myself. Not got round to it yet but great example of the genre

Fine thank you - I can work from home pretty well and we all have good health. Best wishes to you all.
Hanging in there.
I have to go to work everyday - supporting technology and distance learning for my school district. That certainly presents some challenges.
Overall, trying to take one day at a time.
I hope we can all get through this.
Just chugging' along . Laying low as I'm in the middle of the NY/NJ hotspot . But I've got some hope... I've got my seed orders in for my garden , and it's getting warmer .
Here in Denver and around Colorado, we've had a lot of local "stay at home" orders and the Colorado governor finally put something in state-wide. I can work from home in an "essential" telecommunications tech field. Small house though so my wife and I are trying to find our own space, as needed. The Denver government tried initially to shut down the liquor and pot stores. That didn't go over so well. Within minutes of the announcement there were lines blocks long at many stores - there goes that social distancing (though people did try). Needless to say, now pot and liquor are essential :D.

Right now, we can still leave our homes to do essential things like exercise - so while we can, we're definitely taking advantage of that while maintaining all of the distance we can. Dog parks, playgrounds, etc are closed. Hopefully will get out and get some images!

Stay safe everyone!
The Gibb brothers must have seen this coming, though they could use some help with their social distancing.
You know that they teach us that song to use during CPR? ah-ah-ah- (staying alive). The rhythm of the heart massage.

Very happy to read messages and stories from all of you, and hope everyone and your loved ones remain safe & healthy! Hanging in here as well, trying to wrap my head around the situation. Still feels like a scifi movie

It sure does! Not seen any zombies walking past yet though, so we are still just about in reality!
Hope you and yours are safe and well.

Nope — just a shot of part of a vase done the other day when weather was lousy and I wanted to shoot something anyway...... My macro lens is working overtime, between shots taken outdoors when possible to capture the beautiful blossoms and indoors when I can’t get out and I start looking around the house for some interesting object.

A couple of colorful gels taped on to my lights and the object positioned nicely, I played around and this is what resulted. :)
