They're HERE! No need to go to the Tidal Basin downtown in DC; these are right here in my own neighborhood. We have several trees and they are in various stages at this point, so I was delighted to discover that one actually has blossoms on it now. It was very windy this afternoon as I was trying to get photos but I managed a few..... I am not sure if these are Cherry Blossoms, Apple Blossoms or some other kind of blossoms, but they're so lovely and a wonderful harbinger of spring:

Cherry I think.
The ornamental cherry tree in our garden is about a week behind yours, with small pink buds at the moment.
