More Cherry Blossoms! Well, in a way..... This is set up in the display case at the local public library, celebrating and honoring the upcoming Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington, DC, which is held every year. The beautiful Cherry Blossom trees surrounding Washington's Tidal Basin (near the Washington Monument, Jefferson Memorial, US Capitol Building and the Library of Congress) were gifts from Japan many years ago so each spring there is a festival which draws tourists and locals alike to admire, photograph and celebrate the gorgeous trees.

I love the Boston science museum. Probably the best I’ve been to. The first and largest air insulated Van de Graaff generator in the world. Go big or go home!
I went there many times as a Cub Scout, many years ago. It was a great reunion to visit this museum as an adult. It still awed me!
