Yes it is great toy/puzzle. We got the first edition when our kids were toddlers, they are 50+ now!I used to build Transformers out of Legos, but not a mask. One of the best toys in history, and I'm glad to see my kids enjoy them so much. It's one we can all play together, though papa Darmok can't bear the noise of searching though the parts bucket nearly as well any more!
Your aversion to the sound is called Misophonia, I suffer from it too, mainly people who rudely snap their gum, or crunch their potato chips drives me up a wall!

Where I come from, there is a thing with black cats. People run away. Me? There are stray black cats in our society, who keep reproducing more black cats. I've come to love jet black/ panther black cats. That is a luxuriously furry black dog. Seems amiable as well.

Maybe I should not have cloned out the black support pole in this image. The skeletons collapsed in Thursday nights wind storm. There is a bit of detail in the snow, so if it's blocked out, dial back contrast or brightness a bit to view.

My neighbor across the street has a clever idea for Halloween 2020.
This was the new parking lot in front of the hospital last night when we came out of shift. The light of the lamp was really harsh.
To my great pleasure, the Hooded Merganser Ducks have returned to the lake for the winter! Looks as though we have six this time. They arrive around October each year and then leave again in April.....this is our third year having them around, and they are so much fun to watch!
I think they arrived in November!
As a kid in one of the tropical islands, I used to pull the petals down, and drink the nectar of this flower. It was maybe a drop or so, but quite a tasty fluid.
No, actually they arrived on Hallowe'en! So still October.....I think they arrived in November!
Oh..... DUH, me!!!!!!! Today is....uh, yeah, the first of November and I posted the Merganser in the wrong thread! Oops!!!! Took a minute there to get the cylinders firing...... Thanks for the hint!
