Tried this one-saw maybe 10 stars with the naked eye so was not expecting the outcome. Taken with iPhone 15 Pro Max using native Camera app, HEIF Max setting, Night Mode set to 30 sec. Taken off back porch.

Get you a tall box to place around your phone while you're shooting next time. Same concept as a lens hood but a bit more extreme. Pretty good shot for all the light spill, though.

Shot from a fire tower about 30 mins from my house. Using the 5x on my 15 Pro Max. If you zoom in you can see a life flight helicopter in the middle right. I’m enjoying the extra reach of this phone camera vs the 13 Pro I had.
