The Great Scottish Run is held in Glasgow on the first weekend in October. A festival of running with events for the 12 and younger and toddlers on the Saturday, and a 10K and half-marathon road race on Sunday.

My photo from 6 October 2013 shows Haile Gebrselassie leading the half-marathon passing the Glasgow Climbing Centre.

One positive aspect of the Detroit Tigers' loss is that it gave me time to work on post-processing the pictures I took during my walk. Once again, I've continued my annual tradition of photographing Halloween decorations. People really put a lot of thought into their Halloween decorating! (Livonia, Michigan)
