The bottom of a crystal glass?
So THAT'S where I left it!Just a chair sticking upside-down in the ground…
VERY close! It's a sturdy plastic beer mug, meant to look like a heavy glass beer stein. . I normally use real glassware but I had been out on my deck enjoying dinner outside, and I prefer to use plastic out there in case of accidents. In the house again after darkness had fallen, I was finishing up a drink after dinner. The mug was nearly empty when I noticed how it was picking up the colors on my computer's desktop wallpaper..... I promptly went out to the kitchen and got a clean, dry mug, piled up a couple of boxes of Kleenex to get the right height, set the mug on the boxes, grabbed the iPhone XS and gazed again through the bottom of the mug. Snapped off a couple of shots, airdropped the image to the computer and voila! .

This poor fella got stuck between our screen and window. Darmok pulled him to safety, then let his kids study before releasing.
Beer is good.
Dogs are gooder. ??

I’ve had dogs and cats around as long as I’ve been breathing. Cats are cool, but dogs are amazing companions. They’re very intuitive too. I love my fur babies. This one pictured above, “Duke,” is both the protector and the softy - he is AMAZING with my young kids. Kids don’t always go easy either. Duke even lets the family cat curl up next to him. He really is a “good boy!”Lovely doggie....he or she.... When I was a child growing up I had cats in the household, and then during the teen years and early college years, a dog..... Later, quite a few years, actually, cats again but no more dogs, although I've loved friends' dogs.... They really add so much to everyday life, don't they, and are one's faithful and constant companion...... A lot of my neighbors here in my complex have them and when I'm out walking and so are they I always enjoy greeting the dogs and petting them!
