My only experience of tilt shift is as a function in photo editing apps 😅 So this is what it is! Well the tilt at least; I'll read up on it. I can see how the post processing added vibrancy to make it feel more... alive? Is that the correct way to express it? The SOOC though is wonderful by itself. Not to show any favoritism but this mood really struck a chord. I should like to see more examples.Most of it was done in camera. 🙂
I took that photo with my Lensbaby Sol 45, which is a poor man's tilt-shift lens. Actually it just tilts, it doesn't shift. But by tilting you get some wild OOF areas around a very sharp spot. Because I shoot raw, I do post process all my images buy adding contrast and vignette, etc. Here is my SOOC.
