New year, new iPhone, new cameras. Would love to see everyone’s pics, from low light, night mode, etc. 📸 Let’s show some love for the non-pro models. Can’t wait to see everyone’s snapshots!

Here are some pictures taken in Disneyland Paris, 13 Mini base settings, I didn’t tweak anything, got there straight after the Apple Store:

Wow, this is honestly the first time in a long time that I've been impressed with iPhone or even smartphone photos. Really nice shots especially given the light

Coming from original 4 GB iPhone and eventually 5 years with iPhone 6s - and the last few months with iPhone 8, I‘m extremely impressed with my Mini. This was shot directly into the sun in standard mode with no retouching. There’s not even any lens flare!

I have definitely lens flare with direct sun. Probably you just moved it out of sight

Thanks for starting a thread I really enjoy these and especially the pet pictures I have wanted to get a dog so these pictures may push me over the edge.

Wow! This should go into the thread what beer you’re drinking ;)

@maerz001 nah man you can hide lens flare at all. It’s there or it’s not.

this shot is incredible hoping more 13 mini owners can share their sunlight shots to show if lens flare is still widely an issue or not.

Thank you so much for starting this thread, hopefully I will be posting here once I have my 13 mini (I still have to decide the color).

Straight out of camera in normal mode (not portrait) using high contrast, the other is a raw which I’ve applied my own preset too within Lightroom…

Nice, I didn’t know you can shoot in RAW with the base iPhones.

Yeah, just use Halide and select raw, then you can edit it either on Lightroom mobile or export it to your desktop.

Good to see some love for non pro photos. I have the standard 12 and was disappointed to find only a thread for 12 pro and 12 Pro max.
