I’ve always liked the sound of a screaming Maserati, but an SUV is just wrong...
But the Fiat 500 make me feel happy, so it’s all good...
The Maserati GranTurismo is a work of art, and the sound is glorious.

It's not really a Fiat 500, it's a Seat 600. It's a car made under license by Fiat in Barcelona, when Spain was under dictatorship.

Later, Seat became independent and was bought by VW in the 1980s.

Ok now that you mention that yes the “bonnet” does look different from the 500, but I really didn’t know that Seat was making some, thank you for that info, it’s still a happy little car though...

In Spain it is a very important car, as it was the one that motorized the country, since we were decades behind the rest of the European countries (in terms of industrialization and many other equally important things). It is like "our Mini, 500 or Beetle" 😂😂.

Seat was born manufacturing Fiat under license (the 600, 850, 1500, etc.), after the dictatorship, it became a private company and broke with Fiat, launching the Seat Ibiza, and, shortly after, it was bought by the VAG Group, to which it still belongs today. That is more or less the short history of the only Spanish car brand that is still alive today.

The Seat/Fiat 600 (it's the same car), was a slightly larger 500, with a slightly more powerful engine. Inside it was more spacious. Here it was used by families, many have stories in a Seat 600 with up to 6 people in it. Then they would overheat and get stranded 🤣🤣🤣.

Those were other times 😂😂
